Directed by Ann Clarke and featuring a diverse and captivating program including music by Kutrik, Bruckner, Lawlor, Rachmaninoff and many more, this concert is not to be missed!

The Winthrop Singers join a2 orchestra to present a Christmas Spectacular, in partnership with National Seniors Australia.

Service of Nine Lessons and Carols
Join The Winthrop Singers for Nine Lessons and Carols this Nativity season, with many classic carols as well as some of our new favourites, including the ever-gorgeous In The Stillness by Sally Beamish and an exciting arrangement of the Salutation Carol by Fraser Wilson.

Voyces’ CHRISTMAS
The Winthrop Singers join Voyces for CHRISTMAS, “A December tradition exploring old and new Christmas carols and favourites".
Celebrate the festive season with Voyces as we perform a festive mix of Holiday favourites & obscure finds and the world premiere of Glitchmas by Kate Milligan. In what is sure to be the highlight of the festive season, Voyces will be joined by The Winthrop Singers & West Australian Young Voices.

Founder and former Musical Director Nicholas Bannan joins us while he is in Perth to teach the choir about psalm singing and conduct this week’s psalm!

Evensong before Pentecost
A joyous celebration with choir and organ music brings the semester to a close.

Massed Voices In Surround Sound
The Winthrop Singers joins with UWA Symphonic Chorus and St Mary’s Cathedral Choir to fill the cathedral with the splendour of the human voice. Featuring the WA premiere of Alessandro Striggio’s immense motet for 40 voices, Ecce beatam lucem.

Evensong with The Council of Christians and Jews (CCJWA)
In this annual tradition, Christians and Jews come together to celebrate with psalms, including settings in Hebrew and German. The service will be followed by supper and a talk from a guest speaker.



Good Friday Compline
Not to be missed. A night of stillness and transfixing beauty. Featuring Lotti’s Crucifixus a 8 and the first of Carlo Gesualdo’s Tenebrae Responses.

Maundy Thursday Evening Mass
A service full of tradition and music, including William Byrd’s Mass for Four Voices.
